2JPB series electric rake and rake winch are used for ore handling and filling in pits or open pits of coal mines or metal mines and other mines. Non-coal mines can choose 2JP series, i.e. non-explosion-proof winches. Electric rake is mainly used for horizontal raking, but also for slope raking with inclination less than 44 degrees. It can not be used as lifting equipment. Drivers can operate by hand beside winches or by using buttons at distances from winches up to tens of meters away.

The first time to use the electric rake, we must first check the oil in the gearbox is insufficient, the new electric rake is generally tried in the factory after the oil is released, the new machine to the site must first add enough gear oil (550 ml mineral water bottle about three bottles), and then let the electrician connected to the power supply (preferably choose magnetic starter). Wind and fix the main drum wire rope, turn on the power switch, start the machine, wrap the main drum wire rope around, then stop, wrap the auxiliary drum wire rope. When the electric harrow and harrow winch are winding the wire rope, they should take a little load, otherwise the two drums are turning, and they can't winding the wire rope.
