The type 15 scraper is mainly suitable for use in inclined shaft or drift with a slope of no more than 20 degrees. The size of the drift is 1.8m × 1.8m-2.2m × 2m. The motor is equipped with 11kw4 explosion-proof motor, with load capacity of 14-25 cubic meters per hour, main rope traction force of 7.2-10.4kn, applicable wire rope diameter of 12.5mm, and overall dimension of 4700 × 1150 × 1560mm.
The type 30 scraper is mainly suitable for use in inclined shaft or drift with a slope of no more than 30 degrees. The size of drift: 2.3m × 2m-2.6m × 2.5m. The motor is equipped with 17kw4 explosion-proof motor, with load capacity of 35-50 cubic meters per hour, main rope traction force of 13.5-19.5kn, applicable wire rope diameter of 15.5mm, and overall dimension of 6360 × 1450 × 1720mm.
The type 60 scraper is mainly suitable for use in inclined shaft or drift with a slope of no more than 30 degrees. The size of drift: 2.6m × 2.5m-3.2m × 2.8m. The motor is equipped with a 30kw4 explosion-proof motor, with a load capacity of 70-100 cubic meters per hour, a main rope traction of 23.3-32.7kn, a suitable wire rope diameter of 15.5mm, and an overall dimension of 7890 × 1850 × 2100mm.
The emergence of the scraper has helped us a lot in the loading of the mine tunnel. At present, it is also applied to the excavation of the headrace tunnel.
